105. How to be mindful of the STORIES we tell ourselves

The stories of our minds become the stories of our lives.

Have you ever caught yourself jumping to conclusions, and realized how deeply we can be tricked by our minds? Our minds are truly so powerful! The stories we write, read and tell ourselves can either uplift us or bring us down... and every day we choose.
