I recently realized that one of the reasons I love my alone time, is because for 14 years of my life, I was an only child! During these years, I learned to troubleshoot, create, and sustain myself all on my own.

Fast forward to my adult lifer, alone time is necessary for me to continue nurturing the relationship I have with myself. But don't just take my word for it! In this mini-sode, I share research that supports why alone time is important.
