Mini-meditation: ACCEPTANCE.

With acceptance, we can show gratitude for where we are in life.

This weekend taught me how to fully surrender to life and all its happenings in the present moment. Nothing went as I had planned in my mind which started negative self-talk, then led to gratitude after a few mindful moments.

In this meditation, I share the mindful moments that helped me accept and have gratitude for where I am in life... right here, with you!
