119. The COMMUNITY you seek is seeking you

“I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples.” – Mother Teresa

I've said it in previous mini-sodes and I'll say it again, 2024 is the year of CO-CREATION and COMMUNITY! We are so much better, together. There is a community out there waiting to support all facets and versions of you - from the avid tea lover, to the bookworm, the yogi who also loves strength training, the world traveler, and more!

I have a community for each facets of myself, and I am calling in community for the areas of my life where I don't feel as supported. I am also CREATING the community I so longed for through my Catalyst Connects community events.

I get into all of this in this segment, plus more. A

Namaste 🙏🏽
My name is Kaylin and I wear many hats including strategic change consultant, podcaster, yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, fitness enthusiast, and world traveler. All of my experiences are rooted in mindfulness.
Through my academic studies and professional career development, I re-discovered my Self. I sought out the paths less traveled in the pursuit of my passions and learned practices like mindfulness, meditation, and yoga to overcome burnout, heal traumas, and live a more fulfilling life.
Now, I deliver these practices and messages in a relatable and attainable way.
I believe we are all catalysts for change. But first, we must tune in. 🤍
