SELF-DISCIPLINE is a form of self-love.

"Motivation gets you going, but discipline keeps you growing."

Since gyms re-opened in Ontario, Canada, I've been dedicated to working out regularly and sharing my progress, which has led a lot of people to ask me "what keeps you motivated?" I found the answer in the days I continue to show up, even when I'm not motivated - it's discipline. In this mini-sode I share how becoming mindful of my habits related to fitness has taught me discipline, consistency and mental toughness - traits that translate across many areas of life.
