Episode 98

098. How to find your VOICE.

"Finding your voice is about having the confidence to know you matter so you can use your voice." - Cammi Granato"

We are all born with a voice, but have differing experiences in how we are able to use that voice. In some instances, we may even "lose" our voice altogether, due to suppression, oppression, trauma, and other experiences. Very generally, this mini-sode explores one way to "find" our voice again.

In order to find our voice, our gut, heart, and mind must be in unison. I believe in a three-step approach to using our voice, where it originates in our gut as a feeling. In this mini-sode, I share a helpful visualization to help you find your voice.

Honor your self with a guided meditation and healing sound bath by LUCIANA.

Moment of mindfulness: Visualize a blue light cleansing your throat (vishuddha) chakra and speech.
Centering thought: Our voice originates from our gut, our intuition.

New mini-sode every Sunday. If you enjoy this segment, please leave a 5-star review and share with your loved ones.

Namaste 🙏🏽
My name is Kaylin and I wear many hats including strategic change consultant, podcaster, yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, fitness enthusiast, and world traveler. All of my experiences are rooted in mindfulness.
Through my academic studies and professional career development, I re-discovered my Self. I sought out the paths less traveled in the pursuit of my passions and learned practices like mindfulness, meditation, and yoga to overcome burnout, heal traumas, and live a more fulfilling life.
Now, I deliver these practices and messages in a relatable and attainable way.
I believe we are all catalysts for change. But first, we must tune in. 🤍
