When was the last time you tuned out the noise from the outside world and spent time with yourself? Our lives are filled with artificial stimulation and noise which make it extremely challenging to be present sometimes. In this mini-sode, I share three lessons I learned during the three weeks I spent without a mobile device. It's something I would recommend everyone try for at least an hour a day or one day a week.
