My energy has been fluctuating a lot lately and when this happens, I tend to take a step back and observe the patterns within and around me. This helps me feel centered and know that I am never alone. In this mini-sode, I explain how I observe my own actions and the world and nature around me to gain inspiration and create the life I dream of.
