My name is Kaylin and I wear many hats including strategic change consultant, podcaster, yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, fitness enthusiast, and world traveler. All of my experiences are rooted in mindfulness.
Through my academic studies and professional career development, I re-discovered my Self. I sought out the paths less traveled in the pursuit of my passions and learned practices like mindfulness, meditation, and yoga to overcome burnout, heal traumas, and live a more fulfilling life.
Now, I deliver these practices and messages in a relatable and attainable way.
I believe we are all catalysts for change. But first, we must tune in. 🤍
