REST is productive.

"There is virtue in work and there is virtue in rest. Use both and overlook neither."

As a society, we are constantly over-working and under-resting as way to increase productivity and efficiency. At some point, everything needs a reset - including you. In the same way you would incorporate a rest day into your workout schedule, let's explore why it's important to rest and how it can be incorporated into workplaces on a structural level, and an individual level. I've talked about identifying burnout in this mini-sode last November, now let's talk about rest as another way to combat burnout. Societies are transforming, let's be more mindful and live our best lives, in all areas.
